3. Professional Services & Payments

  • Storytelling & Lectures: Rose Balston provides educational content designed to demystify art. While we strive for historical accuracy, these Services are provided for enrichment and entertainment.

  • MamoPay: Payments for digital access, bookings, or subscriptions are processed via MamoPay, a payment service provider regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) in the DIFC, UAE. We do not store financial data; all transactions are subject to MamoPay’s terms (www.mamopay.com).

4. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website, including logos, lecture scripts, video presentations, and original storytelling narratives, are the exclusive property of Rose Balston. You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized “art-speak” commercialization or redistribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration via the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
