Due to the immediate nature of digital storytelling and lecture access, refunds are generally not provided once content has been accessed. We encourage users to view Rose’s public videos and “About” section to ensure her style meets their expectations before purchasing.

2. Guided Tours & Speaking Engagements

Refunds for live events or tours are subject to the specific cancellation window provided at the time of booking.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Billing Errors: Verified overcharges or duplicate payments via MamoPay.
